On a farm there is always maintenance work to be completed, once a week a group is allocated the walking route, they walk around the farm to check for areas needing to be fixed, the students write on their forms and then will start to fix areas with their team leader, any other areas are put in the maintenance book for other groups to attend to.

Maintenance can include fixing fences, animal shelters, clearing areas, ground works, erecting signs and much more.

Maintenance is a really important part of the farm and very popular with our students.
